Just before the aspens turn, the fields and meadows of the White Mountains fill with swaths of bright yellow yellow daisies, millions of them! The abandoned millpond at McNary was exquisite this day. The old mill is a wonderful place to paint, a mixture of scruffy and gorgeous.
