You will see the Peter Strauss Ranch many times in my work. Its lovely no matter the season, or even, as in this case, with overcast winter skies. The ranch is located west of Malibu Lake off of Mulholland Drive, in Calibasas, and is was gifted to the National Park system by the actor, Peter Strauss. One of my favorite paintings. Plein Air.
