Gwen Pentecost
Zion is a magical place, with overwhelming rock formations and incredible drama. A friend and I were staying at the Maynard Dixon Ranch close by on the east side of the park (Mount Carmel) - its easy to see his subject matter in this wonderful country. This is one of my favorite landscape paintings.
