Escudilla Mountain, seen on the right, is an 11,000 ft. high volcanic peak on the border of Arizona and New Mexico. The aspens always turn there first... when Rachel happened on this scene at Paddy Creek, she had a fast twenty minutes of light left! Means every stroke had to count.
